Krause argues the trial court erred by allowing the State to dismiss charges against him in juvenile court and then re-file against him in adult court after an additional victim reported; erred by joining the trial of several victims; admitted prejudicial evidence; failed to account for his youth at sentencing, and other errors regarding his trial.
