Mielke v Tacoma RV Center et al. The Mielkes sued the manufacturer of their recreational vehicle, Keystone RV, for breach of warranties, violations of the auto dealers act and the Consumer Protection Act, and other wrongful conduct. They appeal the court’s orders dismissing their claims and denying their motion for fees and sanctions under CR 11.
