Cherberg et ano v. Fidelity National Title Ins. Co.
This appeal concerns two easements on a waterfront property purchased by the Cherbergs. The Cherbergs appeal the superior court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Fidelity. The Cherbergs primarily allege Fidelity breached its policy with them by failing to identify these easements and improperly withdrawing coverage.
