- Dudley appeals his conviction of two counts of intentional second degree murder with firearm enhancements. Dudley argues the trial court erred by denying his CrR 8.3 motion to dismiss, by denying his motion to suppress cell phone location evidence, and by granting the exclusion of other suspect evidence.
