Jeremy Park was convicted of child molestation in the first degree of his minor daughter, E. On appeal, he contends there was insufficient evidence that the crime occurred in Whatcom County. Further, he claims violation of due process because the State did not comply with its discovery obligations, prosecutorial misconduct, and improper admission of evidence.
