The House Finance Committee considers a bill that would give businesses a break on their business and occupation taxes if they provide child care to employees. The Senate Law & Justice Committee hears a bill that would create the crime of trespassing on a school bus. And the House Postsecondary Education and Workforce Committee hears a bill to provide a year’s worth of tuition-free community or technical college to Washingtonians.
