Legislative Review features highlights from Tuesday’s legislative activity (3/7/23).


The Senate approves a bill that would regulate rest breaks, overtime and other workplace issues for nurses and other health care workers. 


The House approves the “Nothing About Us Without Us” Act, which would require people with lived experience to be involved in state government policy making. 


And the Senate approves a bill that would legalize the regulated, supervised use of Psilocybin, the substance found in “magic mushrooms.”
