State of Washington v Anthony L. Lee, No. 57922-7-II. Lee appeals two assault convictions. He argues that the trial court improperly commented on the evidence, that the trial court gave an instruction allowing the jury to convict him of a crime with which he was not charged, and that his two convictions violate double jeopardy.
