State v. Freeman
Jermaine Freeman appeals his convictions and sentence for first degree child molestation and second degree child molestation. He argues the court erred by excluding evidence of the victim’s dishonesty and by admitting inadmissible opinion testimony. He also argues cumulative error requires reversal, his sentence under the Persistent Offender Accountability Act is unconstitutional, and that we should remand for the trial court to strike the VPA.
