Debra Stevens v. Craig Jonov, MD et al.
Debra Stevens filed this lawsuit based on medical care received from Dr. Craig Jonov. After her surgery, Jonov sold his assets and business, Alderwood Surgical Center, LLC, to Dr. Javad Sajan. Stevens appeals an order quashing a subpoena to Alderwood Surgical’s attorneys and the trial court’s dismissal of Stevens’s claims against Alderwood Surgical based on successor liability. At trial, a jury found in Jonov’s favor. Stevens challenges various jury instructions, Jonov’s use of an illustrative exhibit and Jonov’s reference to excluded information.
