Graham Contracting, Ltd. v. Pacific Pile & Marine LP
Pacific Pile & Marine sued its general contractor, Graham Contracting, for breach of contract stemming from a bridge restoration project. Following trial, a jury concluded Graham breached the implied duty of good faith and fair dealing by not suing or pursuing WSDOT for Pacific Pile’s claim about extended use of the bridges. The court awarded Pacific Pile attorney fees and costs, as well as prejudgment interest. Graham appeals. COA # 863321. King County Superior Court # 22-2-08863-0.
